About Me

Helping Care Agencies Build Trust, Grow Sustainably & Serve Families Better.

Hi, I’m Lydia.

I work at the intersection of tech, care, communication, and growth – helping home and domiciliary care agencies strengthen their marketing, improve their client experience, and build systems that support sustainable growth.

The care sector is deeply personal. It’s also personal to me because my Mum chose to work in Care homes in the London area, often as the lead RN, because she felt called to work with the elderly.

I learned from her that behind every enquiry is a family trying to make the right decision for someone they love.

Over the last thirteen plus years, I have worked with care agency owners like yourself – from multi-million annual revenue to brand-new start ups – and everything in between.  I’ve seen both success and failure embodied in these businesses.  I’ve also served as a trusted advisor to established franchises, worked with independents, even franchisors who are just starting out – and everything in between.

Over time, I’ve become increasingly passionate about one core idea:

“Families don’t just choose care providers based on services. They choose the agencies they trust.”

That belief led me to develop the concept of Reassurance Marketing™ – a marketing approach focused on helping care agencies communicate safety, empathy, reliability, and confidence to the people who matter most.

Because when families are searching for care, they are often overwhelmed, emotional, and under pressure. They are not simply looking for a provider. They are looking for peace of mind.

I’ve been there.

My Story

In 2011, my Mum (a retired nurse) had a heart attack. She didn’t feel any pain, just shortness of breath and her feet started swelling. She had a pacemaker installed and started medication.

Initially, I served as a part time caregiver, but she was still able to move around, travel and see her grandchildren. As time passed though, she began to slow down and require more assistance.

In 2012 I was pregnant and my older sister put her busy life on hold to care for my Mum. She and a team of caregivers helped make Mum as comfortable as possible (at home) in her last days.

My Mum passed on May 11th 2012 – six weeks before our son was born. My sister and a care agency like yours, made a very stressful time, a lot more bearable.

We are committed to building long-term relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and results. By leveraging our deep industry expertise, we provide innovative talent solutions.

Why the Care Sector?

The care sector is deeply personal.  It’s also personal to me because my Mum chose to  work in Care homes in the London area, often as the lead RN, because she felt called to work with the elderly.

Behind every enquiry is a family trying to make the right decision for someone they love.

That’s why I believe care marketing should feel human, compassionate, and trustworthy – not corporate or transactional.

I’m particularly passionate about helping agencies understand:

– The emotional journey families go through

– The importance of trust-building

– The role communication plays in conversion

– How systems and consistency improve both growth and care delivery

Beyond Marketing

Outside of business, I care deeply about raising awareness around dementia, family support, and the wider challenges faced within social care. I’m a Dementia Friend and have raised money for Dementia UK.

I’ve also used my platform to support community initiatives and awareness campaigns to contribute to conversations that matter in our sector and beyond.

My Mission

My mission is simple:

To help care agencies grow in a way that feels ethical, sustainable, and deeply human.

I believe the agencies that will thrive in the future are not necessarily the loudest – but the ones that build the greatest trust.

And that’s exactly what I help agencies do.

Lets Connect

Whether you’re a care agency owner, care leader, or someone passionate about improving the future of care, I’d love to connect.

Together, we can build stronger brands, better client experiences, and more trusted care businesses.
